Deign Frolley Soriano is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biology, the current Student Relations Officer, and a member of the SILBI (Social Innovation Laboratory and Business Inclusion) program at the University of the Philippines Baguio (UP Baguio).
He obtained his Master of Science in Environmental Management at the University of Reading, United Kingdom under the Chevening Scholarship programme.
Deign is passionate about the environment, science, and socio-civic causes.
